Refund & Cancellation Policy
At A3Throne, all goods offered are virtual and delivered within the game environment.
Once a donation or payment is made and successfully processed, the corresponding in-game rewards or items are credited to the player account. As these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
By donating or making a payment, you fully acknowledge that you are paying for virtual items which are non-refundable. No disputes, chargebacks, or claims will be entertained once the donation is complete.
Any issues with item delivery must be reported within 24 hours to support@a3throne.com. After this window, A3Throne is not responsible for any delivery-related claims.
